PRESCHOOL PROGRAMMES
Young children benefit from being active by participating in a physical and social environment. Early childhood gymnastics provides a fun and comprehensive movement learning opportunity to build confidence, coordination, balance, strength, and social interaction.
00BABYGYM - 45 min session (1-2 YEARS)
An exploratory movement learning experience for the parent and child. Activities are selected to promote brain-body growth and development. A great way to socialise your toddlers and have some active fun.
PLAYGYM - 60 min session (2-4 YEARS)
Learning through guided play and exploration. Parent/caregiver and child actively participate in this early childhood movement learning programme for pre-schoolers. Come and play in a gymnastic environment to explore and learn the movement patterns fundamental to all sports. It’s sure to build confidence, and movement competence in a fun and enjoyable programme.
PLAYGYM PLUS - 60 min session (4 YEARS)
A dedicated class for four year-olds led by coaches, in a structured independent learning environment. Coaches guide their play and learning, without parents being actively involved in the sessions. This programme aims to prepare children to transition to a more structured class when they turn five. PlayGym plus is a stepping stone programme to be ready for the school playground environment. It uses gymnastic-type activities and structure, to learn the movement patterns for gymnastics and as a basis for all other sports.
